River Bottom is Animas Chocolate Company’s version of a classic chocolate “bark”. Handcrafted in small batches, our River Bottom barks feature a generous layer of premium chocolate with pieces of our handmade toffee, locally roasted espresso, coconut or a Southwest staple; Red Chile.
