Cowboy Coffee

It’s a classic for a reason… both in a truffle case and on the river…  This is truffle is taken from the true “cowboy coffee” (just throw some coffee grounds in a pot of water and boil).  While we carefully craft each truffle, there is true locally roasted, espresso in every truffle, just like a good ol’ fashioned cup of joe while sitting in the mountains along a beautiful river.
