Coole Swan Irish Cream liqueur swirled in a dark & white chocolate ganache, infused with holiday spices (cinnamon, nutmeg) in a 55% dark chocolate shell. White chocolate swirl on top with sugar crystals.

Cinnamon Pass sits at 12,640 feet and connects Silverton to Lake City along the Alpine Loop. A stunning 4wd road that accords breathtaking beauty of the San Juan Mountains and the Animas Valley corridor.  This truffle pays tribute to the Irish immigrants and miners in the area, and the tradition of holiday spices.
