Shipping Policy-Retail

At ACC we love chocolate, and we certainly love to share that chocolate with you! And, of course, that means shipping it so that it arrives in great shape.  We take extreme precautions to ship our chocolate so that it arrives un-melted and in the same beautiful state that it was sent. 

In summer months, and year-round to warm destinations, your chocolate is cooled, ice-packed and shipped in an insulated box.  We are a small business with a large swing in shipping volumes.  We do our very best to ship orders within 3 business of receipt.  During busy holiday times, this might not be possible, and we will ship every order as soon as we are able.  During summer months, we ship only  Monday-Thursday so please take this into consideration if you have a specific arrival date needed.
