Current Open Positions
Position: Chocolatier Kitchen Manager
As the Chocolatier Kitchen Manager, you’ll build on a decade of cultivating distinctive chocolate creations, ensuring every customer’s experience is unforgettable.
WHAT DOES THIS JOB LOOK LIKE & REQUIRE?
- Bring new knowledge and growth to the chocolate kitchen, leading staff in growing their own knowledge of chocolate making and decorating skills.
- Know how to run state-of-the-art chocolate machinery, including tempering machines and flow wrappers.
- Have a pastry and candy background to add to our chocolate kitchen.
ALL THE OTHER DETAILS:
- Ability to teach staff who may not have much culinary experience.
- Plan and execute production schedules to meet seasonal demands.
- Salaried position with salary ranging from $60-75K depending on level of knowledge, experience, and skills.
- Paid sick leave, optional retirement plan, insurance stipend, and adventure travel stipend!
