Do you want all of the goodness that cacao provides, with none of the added ingredients like sugar, soy lecithin or dairy?  These callets are 100% single origin cacao with no additions whatsoever.

Our Mayan Style drinking chocolate is great for a traditional Mayan style cacao drink (1 or 2 callets frothed in hot water) or as a great alternative to regular chocolate in your preference of milk.  

Each bag consists of 25 callets (0.3 ounces each).

INSTRUCTIONS: The Mayan Style callets are a traditional drinking chocolate.  It is 100% cacao and is intended to be frothed in hot water (although you can use milk if you prefer). Dissolve one callet (or 2 if you prefer) in 12oz of hot water, let dissolve for about 1 minute and then froth the drink (we like to use a little electric frother). This will create a delicious drink that has been consumed for thousands of years.  Don’t think of it as hot chocolate, but rather a cacao tea or light coffee.
