Best Hot Chocolate! Dementors beware!

If you have ever wondered what the hot chocolate from the book the Polar Express actually was or what the chocolate river in Wonka's factory tasted like... as I did... This is it! After a walk through Durango at night, we found this little chocolate shop. Beginning in 1895, the building originally housed a chocolatier for almost a hundred years. After housing a few other shops, the space is once again home to chocolate... truffles, bars, chocolate-covered potato chips, and several hot chocolate concoctions. I chose the Animas blend of chocolate with home-made marshmallows and a cinnamon stick. I've never had anything like it! Although the door says "lose your soul to Chocolate" I don't think I'm losing it They have coffee and honey too. Yes, we're going back before we leave town!
